Hey! I'm a returning customer and things look really different now.
That's right. We've changed the service a bit, but don't worry -- you can still continue trying new art and in fact, some aspects of the service are even better.
A few quick things to note:
- We're honoring all old pricing, so you'll still pay the same as long as you keep trying art
- Your Queue is now Your Collection. Add pieces you like to your Collection, then tell us which ones you'd like to try at home.
- Every dollar you spend trying art gets banked as credit that you can use to buy when you find art you love. You can use credit to buy framed prints and unframed prints. Credit can also be used towards up to 50% of the cost of an original piece of art.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free-always. We ship art to you-free. You ship art back to us-free.
What do I get with my membership?
You'll receive one of our frames and unlimited access to our catalog of amazing art.
Our prints are created from high-resolution images of original artwork, provided by the artists themselves.
All of our frames are made from natural recycled materials, are one-inch deep, with a matte black finish. We use a two-inch mat around the print.
We selected these as our frame because they pair well with everything across the thousands of pieces in our catalog, and let the art speak for itself. These classic black frames look good in any home and complement any décor.
Simple swivel closures on the back make swapping prints into the frame a snap. And shipping is always free.
You also get the TurningArt Team, there to help you find great art.
How much of my membership fee counts towards purchasing art?
100%. Every dollar you spend on your monthly membership can be used to buy artwork you love.
Can I buy more than one of the prints?
Absolutely! We want you to try artwork in your home so that you can discover pieces you really love. If you happen to fall in love with more than one print, you should buy them all.
How often can I change the art I have at home?
As often as you like! We think you'll find that having fresh art is a lot of fun.
Can you just ship me new art every month or two?
We'd love to. Just login and go to your profile, then edit the settings for Automatic Shipments.
Can I buy original artwork?
Yes, and you should. Every piece on TurningArt represents an original, one-of-a-kind work of art. Not only can you own framed prints of these pieces, you can buy the original works of art themselves. Is all of the art the same size? How does it all fit in one frame?
All of the prints that you receive from TurningArt will fit your selected frame size. Our prints are created from original artwork that may be smaller or larger, but our prints come in standard sizes to make it easy for you to discover and experience artwork in your home. TurningArt only selects original artwork that requires minimal cropping, if any. All cropping is approved by the artists.
What is the best way to clean my frame?
We recommend using a clean, soft, low-static cloth to remove any type of dust or lint from your frame. For fingerprints or smudges, use warm water and mild liquid dish detergent (not dishwasher detergent) and water. Do not use ammonia or solvent based cleaners, as they will scratch the frame surface.
What if I would like art from artists that aren't on the site?
Send them our way! We're always looking for talented new artists. If there are some that you'd like to see on TurningArt, then send us links to their personal websites, and we'll check them out. You can contact us here.
I need to return some art but I don't have packaging or a shipping label. What should I do?
No problem. Just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll help you out.
What happens if my print is damaged?
We understand that prints may be lost or damaged during shipping through no fault of your own. In the event that this occurs, we will replace those prints at no charge. Simply send us an email when you receive a damaged print and we'll ship you a new one.
If a print is lost, significantly damaged, or destroyed while in your care, we are required to charge you for the full print cost based on the contract we have with our artists.
If a large number of prints are reported lost or damaged for a single account, we may place the account under review. If so, we will notify you via email.
How do I change my information?
Any personal information you provide us can be edited or removed at any time by signing in and clicking on the "Profile" link at the top of every page. Here you can change your email address, update your password as well as your shipping address, and more.
How do I end my membership?
We'd hate to see you go, so we'll probably want to try and fix whatever is making you want to cancel, but of course you can end your TurningArt membership at any time. Simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process. You can use your ArtCredit to purchase the art you have at home, or we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return your frame and art. How do I login if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, just use the forgot password functionality located here.
Do your hard-working employees accept gift baskets?
