Dear Miami,
Hello beautiful. You and I have been through a lot of ups and downs these past 10 years, have we not? Remember when we first met? I was a lost teenager working retail and randomly photographing the streets. An ignorant hustler with no responsibilities.
Then I started XT and real life kicked in. I did not know how to manage finances. I was arrested for living beyond my means. I went to court for lack of business experience. I trespassed rooftops and ascended construction cranes for the thrill of naivety.
But I am all grown up now and have you to thank for that, Miami. Because you raised me up from that rebellious kid I once was a decade ago. With lessons learned and tribulations far in the past, I am undeniably more intelligent because of you.
You are going to be so proud of me for acknowledging that it is time to remove those training wheels and embark on the next chapter of my career. Though I know you will always be there, a greater opportunity calls upon me. Love and respect.

Xynn Tii is a Creative Director and Partnerships Executive in New York City. Xynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of West Florida with an emphasis in Corporate Leadership.
As Head of Partnerships Brand & Creative at Art Basel, he led global partnerships, creative campaigns, and brand activation strategies at international fairs. He oversaw strategic acquisitions for art collections and executed interior designs and immersive brand activations to resonate with global audiences.
His ability to produce creative assets, including photography, films, and CGI renderings, ensured curatorial standards. Additionally, he negotiated partnership acquisitions and contracts that drove B2B growth while aligning with overarching marketing and sales strategies.
As Principal & Creative Director at The Creative House, he managed large-scale creative and design projects for clients in luxury hospitality, real estate, commercial, culture, and destination sectors, blending digital content production with architectural design to develop on-brand environments.
Xynn earned a LEED AP Interior Design & Construction certification in 2015. He became a private pilot of single engine land aircraft and remote drone pilot awarded by Federal Aviation Administration in 2017. He holds professional training in hospitality sales & marketing and real estate development marketing.
