A Blessing of Inuksuit Overlook English Bay

Piece description from the artist

An inukshuk is a manmade stone landmark or cairn built for use by the Inuit, Iñupiat, Kalaallit, Yupik, and other peoples of the Arctic region of North America. There are many inuksuit that have been created by visitors to the English Bay on Vancouver. This shot was taken as the sun began to set over Kitsilano after I had walked across Vancouver from Coal Bay to English Bay and was watching the light change on this late November afternoon.
