The commercial fishing boat "Capt. Chris" washed ashore near Ponte Vedra Beach Florida and was left for the sea to destroy. This capture was taken during the fall of 2022 on a foggy hazy rainy evening. Just three weeks later the Capt. Chris was broken apart and destroyed by Hurricane Ian when it ran up the Florida coast line.
Steve Brooks' is an award-winning landscape and nature photographer whose work demonstrates a true passion for capturing Florida's nature and landscape photography. Steve enjoys shooting the honest beauty of the coast, the beaches and the inland marsh areas that surround him.
