A Spring morning at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. San Diego, California, USA. A magical blend of California wildflowers and plants on a bluff high above the sea. It is a joy to see how nature's disparate elements combine to create a beautiful whole. The clouds do not fight with the sea, the flowers and plants live together without clashing, and the rising Sun illuminates the entire scene.

Joseph is a self-taught photographer living in San Diego, California. Joseph wants to approach his photography from a place of simplicity and avoid making this enjoyable and creative process overburdened from a technical standpoint. He still continues working to improve his craft all the while though. His photographs are presented in a straightforward way and engage the creative process to produce photographs of familiar subjects in an impressionistic and abstract manner. His simple hope is that his photographic work promotes an interest in art and that it expresses joy and beauty.
