When creating this painting, my main concern was to represent the light correctly. The whole atmosphere of work depended on the right light. It seems I managed to complete the task.This work conveys my positive energy. In addition, the plot itself came out pretty good: evening in winter Amsterdam, night lights and fabulous sky.
The painting is painted in oil on canvas with a stretcher. Completely handmade.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
