I continue the cycle of paintings dedicated to space, stars and the zodiac. This time I present to you the painting "Aquarius", which depicts the corresponding constellation.
Aquarius is one of the oldest of the recognized constellations along the zodiac. For ancient civilizations Aquarius was one of the most important constellations, it personified water on earth and under earth. By the way, the Greeks attached special importance to Aquarius.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
