Bass Harbor Head is a well-photographed landmark of the Maine coast. Visiting at Dawn, the mosquitos of August were out in full force leaving me only a few moments to get a few shots. This one was a favorite of mine from the visit, just after the sun rose the clouds reflected this gorgeous purple light.
Inspired by the travel photography of his father, Gabe began taking photographs at an early age. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University and focused on film photography during his studies, which only cultivated his appreciation for the medium. Through his photography, Gabe strives to capture the fundamental essence and quiet beauty of his surroundings.
