Bird's Eye View

Piece description from the artist

One of the most enjoyed pastimes of Washingtonians is rowing. One of the signs of spring is the crew boats passing under Key Bridge in Georgetown on the Potomac River. I captured this to give the pedestrian's view of rowing from the bridge.
