Piece description from the artist
A fisheye lens view of a teal bicycle chained to a stop sign in downtown Boston, Massachusetts.
I’ve never seen a bicycle that wasn’t begging to be photographed. Using a fisheye lens is one of my favorite ways to create images of bicycles. To me, bikes equal fun. So, when you distort one with a fisheye it takes that fun to a whole new level.
This aqua-blue cruiser’s seat matches the red brick of the left-hand building and the yellowish, white-wall on the tires matches the color of the right-hand building.
I may have created this photograph but whoever locked this bike to the stop sign was the one who set up the shot perfectly for me.
