Ahhh, the memories of our first travel project. Ever. It was in Boston. And cold AF! I was straight out of college when my persistence caught the attention of a local attorney who made a donation to University of Florida that was so absurd, they named its School of Law after him. Mhmm. Fredric G. Levin.
Instantly, I found myself in Boston, then London, and then Paris, producing custom images for Fred and his son, Martin. Y’know, images of the pretty architecture and people. I climbed rooftops in Italian District, trekked abandoned docks on the east end, and nearly froze to death at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
I have always been the ‘do whatever it takes’ kinda guy when it comes to production. That vice has gotten me in a lot of mischief over the years.
Xynn Tii is a Creative Director and Partnerships Executive in New York City. Xynn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of West Florida with an emphasis in Corporate Leadership.
As Head of Partnerships Brand & Creative at Art Basel, he led global partnerships, creative campaigns, and brand activation strategies at international fairs. He oversaw strategic acquisitions for art collections and executed interior designs and immersive brand activations to resonate with global audiences.
His ability to produce creative assets, including photography, films, and CGI renderings, ensured curatorial standards. Additionally, he negotiated partnership acquisitions and contracts that drove B2B growth while aligning with overarching marketing and sales strategies.
As Principal & Creative Director at The Creative House, he managed large-scale creative and design projects for clients in luxury hospitality, real estate, commercial, culture, and destination sectors, blending digital content production with architectural design to develop on-brand environments.
Xynn earned a LEED AP Interior Design & Construction certification in 2015. He became a private pilot of single engine land aircraft and remote drone pilot awarded by Federal Aviation Administration in 2017. He holds professional training in hospitality sales & marketing and real estate development marketing.
