New work dedicated to festive Christmas Paris (France). The painting shows a street and the famous triumphal arch, over which a bright Christmas star shines. The work is done in exaggeratedly bright and saturated colors. I deliberately used the most varied tones – this is an attempt to convey the world as bright as I see it. Oil, canvas, high quality varnish. Signed.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
