Clock In Downtown Cape Girardeau Painterly

Piece description from the artist

An old fashioned looking clock sits in the middle of Main street at Themis in downtown Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. In the background you can see the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge which crosses the Mississippi River. The clock was put into place on May 21, 1986. Some locals complain about people not paying attention to the road and often hit and knock over the smaller post that surround it to help protect it. I took this photo early in the morning.
