The inspiration for this work of art was Boulder Colorado, the foothills, mountains, and plateaus including the surrounding areas of Boulder. The painting is created from every perspective, all in one composition. The goal of the painting is to see the beauty of this natural location from every perspective and hopefully, the viewer sees and senses peace. The medium is acrylic painting on canvas. It is designed for a large installation, a public works piece. Ideal for a large room, conference room, or an entryway.
Katherine Green was born in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and studied fine art at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her studio is in the Pacific Northwest.
