The painting depicts traditional national boats. African fishermen have been using such boats for many years. The main feature of them is bright multi-colored sails that convey all the colors that fill African continent. Africa is very diverse and interesting. Its culture is ancient and rich. Canvas, oil, varnished. Signed.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
