Piece description from the artist

Part of a series focusing on digital representations of nature. The inspiration for this series is twofold. First, to elucidate the beauty of the fact that mathematics is the language of the universe, and the repeating patterns seen in fractal art also exist in nature and are based solely on mathematical equations. Second, and underlying message that technological progress and the health of the natural environment are not mutually exclusive – so long as humans responsibly shepherd technology's rapid advancement.
