CONTEMP(L)O .37

Piece description from the artist

Combining photography with digital painting and generative art techniques, the CONTEMPO project blends tradition and modernity in a connection between the ancient symbolism of Mandalas and contemporary digital art. With a play of natural elements, astronomical references and the dream world, as well as Kintsugi (the Japanese art of "repairing with gold"), each work becomes an invitation to contemplation and introspection, a visual journey that stimulates internal reflection.

About Marco Grà

Agrigento, Italy

Visual artist based in Italy, Marco Grà creates his work inspired by the belief that dreaming at night is a real rift on alternative realities, which is reflected in his artistic work that is a balance between playful and melancholic, between color and shadow, between harmony and dissonance. Coming from the world of art and fashion as a graphic designer, he has always cultivated a strong inclination for visual art and photography, exploring, writing, creating, and refining his own style over the years. Thanks to the results obtained and the interest received, it was natural for him to leave behind the previous job in order to dedicate himself entirely to his artistic profession.
