Stretching over the flowing waters of White River in Cotter, Arkansas, United States, is the historic Cotter Bridge. Its iconic concrete "rainbow" arches stand as a testament to 1920s engineering. Built in 1929 and restored in 2002, the six-span structure, officially named the R.M. Ruthven Bridge, lights up at night, Standing behind a weathered rock wall, the vantage point frames this picturesque setting, blending rugged textures of stone with the elegance of the timeless bridges and the gentles ripples from the river.
