This scene is looking under the Russell-Fields fishing pier in Panama City Beach, Florida, United States looking along the coastline towards the MB Miller Fishing Pier you can see in the distance. The sunlight was casting beautiful soft shades of pink and purple in the sky. The long exposure is showing a slight movement to the waves. The Russell-Fields Pier, also known as Panama City Beach City Pier. It's one of two piers in Panama City Beach. This is part of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean.
