I met caretaker of pigeons on the rooftop of Polish social club in Brooklyn. He was kind enough to get the birds to take flight and circle around the building.
Louis Chan was born and raised in the Lower East Side of New York City and is still a resident. He completed his MFA degree at Hunter College. Fascinated by the strides humans have made since mankind began, he loves to photograph candid culture, behavior, and personal possessions.
Louis is the resident photographer and Digital Marketing Coordinator for Borough of Manhattan Community College, Press/Publications department, and an instructor of Digital Photography for BMCC.
