The Horseshoe is not perfectly aligned to any of the four major compass points. From the viewpoint this is the Left Side. If you insist, I can say this is the South and or West side in a very general sense. This is the side featured in another photo of mine I called "When life hands you half a horseshoe." This year though, I did have a wider lens to capture the entirety of the scene, nevertheless, these side photos are here because I found the compositions interesting in their own right (or sometimes, left). If you are curious, the water here flows from the bottom to the top in this photo, on its way to Lees Ferry.
Eduardo Palazuelos Romo is an Electrical Engineer, with a life long passion for photography. His focus is on landscapes, both vast and intimate ones. Other photography genres he enjoys are Still Life and Black & White. Eduardo began his photography journey slowly, while still in college, influenced by the work of both Ansel Adams and Edward Weston. His primary inspiration comes from immersing himself in the great outdoors of Arizona, the place he calls home.
