"In the presence of Self-Contentment" is a piece that uses simple and bright colors that are not overpowering at the same time. The painting is intended to give a feeling of self contentment, to be happy with the present and appreciate things for what they are. I have used abundance of Green color to evoke the feeling of peace and gratitude.
The painting was done with acrylics and gesso on archival quality paper.
