On the northeast coast of Florida there is a set of rusted old steel pilings from a building destroyed by a major hurricane many years ago. I experimented with several shutter speeds to create the long exposure scene I wanted. The sky was rather ominous and threatening that morning, creating a somber if not eerie mood for photography.
Steve Brooks' is an award-winning landscape and nature photographer whose work demonstrates a true passion for capturing Florida's nature and landscape photography. Steve enjoys shooting the honest beauty of the coast, the beaches and the inland marsh areas that surround him.
