Lights from Capiz

Aeropagita is series that began in 2013 on Etsy with the intent of creating bright and positive imagery. There is a spiritual underpinning to the works in Aeropagita and that is the oneness of all things. Patterns in nature from the Big Bang to the bloom of a flower are recurring within the series.

Aeropagita is a print project by Filipino-American immigrant, artist Mishel Valenton. Mishel was born in Manila, Philippines in 1982. The tropical colors of the Philippines are an inspiration to her work.
