Piece description from the artist
Just before the sun comes up behind me as I looked over towards Turret Arch from the South Window, the sky turned into subtle but eye popping colors of pinks, and purples. This is in the Windows Section of Arches National Park in Moab, Utah, United States. Turret Arch stands majestically against this tranquil backdrop, its shape and deep orange color a striking contrast to the blue colors of the pre-dawn sky. The desert landscape is bathed in quiet stillness, with the arch's textures subtly illuminated by the faint light, revealing the timeless weathering of wind, water, and sand. A hint of pink kisses the distant horizon, promising the imminent warmth of sunrise, while the surrounding terrain, dotted with hardy junipers and sagebrush, exudes a quiet, enduring beauty that speaks of ancient times.
