Mediterranean Rainbow is inspired by the many shades of blue found throughout the beautiful country of Greece. Rainbows typically have an assortment of colors, but this one is unique in that it is monochromatic and made of mostly blue hues that mimic the colors of Santorini. And instead of the typical arched shape, it is in a squiggle formation, which is a hallmark of my work. Wavy lines and squiggles can be found in many of my pieces, as I find that they help add energy and whimsy to the composition.
This piece was made with a digital Acrylic brush on my tablet. It is of extremely high quality and looks wonderful as both a large or small print.
