Piece description from the artist
In my painting "Inventing Our Own Holidays," I sought to capture the spirit of imagination and the joy of creating something entirely new. The sky is filled with vibrant, colorful bubbles, symbolizing the boundless creativity that we each have within us. These bubbles float freely, unconfined by any rules or expectations, representing the idea that we can invent our own celebrations, our own moments of joy, and our own holidays. The use of bright, playful colors reflects a sense of hope, wonder, and excitement, inviting the viewer to consider what it would be like to break free from tradition and embrace new, personal ways to celebrate life. The painting was created with the intention of inspiring others to think outside the box, to dream, and to find joy in the simple act of inventing something uniquely their own.
