Muir Beach Overlook

Piece description from the artist

The Muir Beach Overlook is a secluded area in a park about 25 minutes North of San Francisco. The winding pathway overlooks the Pacific ocean on a clear day. When I visited this spot, it was early in the morning on a Sunday in the fall. I did a lot of research on the area and found that it was a very popular spot, so I knew that I needed to get there early in order to beat the crowds. When I arrived, at first I was disappointed because all of the fog had played a major factor in the visibility of the area. However, after taking this photo I realized that I was much happier that it was foggy that day, instead of being clear out with blue skies. The pathway winds down to a lookout point of the Pacific ocean along the California coast.
