A night time long exposure of the Ferris Wheel in Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida, United States. This shows the movement of the lights of the Ferris Wheel as it spins. While taking this photo, a couple cars drove by in the roundabout so you can see the movement of those lights too. It is 187 feet tall and you get a great view of Panama City Beach and the Atlantic Ocean from the top. Pier Park is a shopping center area right by the coastline of the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
