Piece description from the artist
As a photographer, my vision for this image was to encapsulate the quiet splendor of dusk, with the pier serving as a metaphor for the journey into the infinite. The pier stretches out towards the horizon, inviting the viewer to contemplate the endless possibilities that lie beyond the visible end. The long exposure technique not only smooths the water but also seems to extend time, enhancing the pier's reach into the horizon. This concept is about more than just a physical structure; it's a representation of hope, dreams, and the unknown adventures that await us just out of reach as day transitions into night. The pier, bathed in the fading light of the sunset, becomes a bridge to the vastness of the ocean and the sky, a path that leads to the horizon and beyond.
