This was a cityscape shop taken from Balboa Park. The freeway is the 163 heading toward Downtown, San Diego. There are a lot of great restaurants and places to have a good time down there. San Diego has a lot of great locations for long-exposure night shots. This location gets a little chilly so bring a jacket!
