Sinking Ships

Piece description from the artist

An abandoned wood farmhouse stands in the beautiful fall grasses of the Montana plains. These old houses in rural America are a reminder of the simpler days and slower way of life. I love to photograph them, as a way of documenting them before they disappear. These simple homes make me think of the simple lives that it housed, and what life there must have been like. I often think of the beautiful sunsets and sunrises that came through those old windows, and the smell of cooking breakfast wafting from the kitchen and into the country air.
