Piece description from the artist
A winter scene of Ross Island in the middle of the Willamette River, as seen from my window. My paintings are a response to life’s influences through my travels and environment by making work that reflects the landscapes around me. Different materials and paint have always interested me and my curiosity has always impelled me not only to try new things but also to tackle new subject matter.
