This work is distinguished by two main ideas: an extremely positive «cozy» atmosphere and an unusual fabulous combination of colors. Like many of my other works, this painting is made in bright colors, purple has become dominant.
In addition, special attention was paid to the light – pay attention to the lanterns. If we talk about the plot itself, then this is a night town in winter. A parent and his child are returning home after a walk. They walked under the snow – a real winter pleasure. Oil, canvas. Varnished. Signed.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
