Canoeing down the Wisconsin River there are many low areas start to emerge. Sometimes there are large logs that need to be avoided or other areas where the sand accumulation will make your canoe stuck. This particular morning this log stuck out of the sandbar after a long summer of being underwater.

Yep in that order. I love photography, but I also love being a father of three, a husband, and a professional engineer.
I work in downtown Milwaukee, WI, and live in Waukesha, WI. However, I will capture anywhere between and then some.
My inspiration is being able to get outside and enjoy the environment. Life moves fast, photography helps me freeze it, at least for a little while. Primarily, I like to capture landscapes and architecture. As a father of three little kids, I also get to capture as my families grows.
