As the sun peaks up through the opening of the South Window rock formation I was able to capture a sun star. This is in the Windows Section of Arches National Park in Moab, Utah, United States. A few desert bushes and plants can be seen in the landscape foreground. It was such a beautiful and quiet spring season morning. One of the rocks through the opening is glowing orange from the sunlight.
