Saz Ross is a Latin illustrator, educator, and speaking coach residing in Baltimore City with a bachelor's and master's degree in Art Education.
Saz's artwork is inspired by her life experiences, architecture, and wildlife. She portrays unusual juxtapositions of characters, man made structures, and animals while highlighting the beauty of the world's imperfections. Her artwork ignites curiosity and challenges the boundaries between man-made and natural elements.
As a result of sharing her story and artwork, Saz has been featured on various websites, blogs, webinars, and gallery exhibitions. She runs her freelance illustration business alongside being an Educational Associate for an arts education nonprofit organization called Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) As a leader of LTYC, Saz designs creative professional development workshops for students, educators, and business professionals, and writes curriculum for arts educators.
