New York got the nickname 'The Empire City' because it's really important in history and now. This nickname shows that the city has been a big deal in global finance, trade, culture, and more. It's also a place where lots of different cultures mix, kind of like how an empire has a lot of influence. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished. Original artwork.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
