Piece description from the artist
I portray vignettes from my travels in the Philippines by painting with layers of sprayed acrylic paint . This painting is a scene from the Underground River in Palawan, Philippines. It's a gigantic cave and national park which can be seen by paddleboat only. The guide is the only person who is allowed to carry a flashlight and who can illuminate the cave's interior.
