The Morning Rides West

Piece description from the artist

In the heart of Westminster, a classic London black cab glides past the iconic silhouette of Big Ben, merging the timeless with the contemporary. The majestic clock tower stands tall against the sky, surrounded by greenery and other iconic Westminster buildings including a small peak of the Houses of the Parliament. I took this photo as I saw the cab coming up behind me. Standing on the payment, I knew it would be such a fleeting moment but one that I felt could represent the essence of London’s enduring charm, history and movement.
