A majestic waterfall cascades down a rugged cliff face, with a heavy mist rising from where the water crashes down. The surrounding rock walls appear steep and textured, while the vegetation at the bottom suggests a natural, wild environment. This is Upper Yosemite Falls at Yosemite National Park photographed in the springtime. Thank you for your interest in my work.
Joseph is a self-taught photographer living in San Diego, California. Joseph wants to approach his photography from a place of simplicity and avoid making this enjoyable and creative process overburdened from a technical standpoint. He still continues working to improve his craft all the while though. His photographs are presented in a straightforward way and engage the creative process to produce photographs of familiar subjects in an impressionistic and abstract manner. His simple hope is that his photographic work promotes an interest in art and that it expresses joy and beauty.
