This photograph was taken in Encinitas, California, USA. The photo was processed with a motion blur effect to create the soft, dreamy feel. When the sea is calm and serene it is truly divine, and it speaks to the divine within us. The title for the image was taken from a part of a Taoist meditation: Be still and you will move forward on the tide of the spirit.
