Smooth water flowing down a river in Jones Gap, South Carolina. This trail had a lot of wildlife, greenery, and amazing rivers. I use nature as a tool to heal, be calm and become centered. The sound of the river rushing was very refreshing. I recommend visiting Jones Gap falls.
