Waves Rolling In Under Panama Miller Pier

Piece description from the artist

A sunburst of rays beside a pillar from the M.B. Miller County Pier in Panama City Beach, Florida, United States. Waves roll in from the Gulf of Mexico and as they recede, you can see the reflections of the pier on the wet sand. You can see some people up on the pier which is one of two piers in Panama City Beach. This one is on the East end and it extends out 1500 feet over the Emerald Coast part of the Atlantic Ocean.
