The painting depicts several bottles of wine and filled glasses. On the left is a bunch of grapes, on the right are flowers. Mountains and sky are visible in the background. Wine is an imortant part of the Mediterranean gastronomic culture. In particular, wine is honored in Spain and Catalonia. The Catalonian region Alt Emporda is famous for its light, pleasant wines. Oil, varnished. Signed.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
