Winter 1705

Piece description from the artist

My current style is inspired by my love of color and desire to create pieces bursting with expressive marks. Winter 1705 was created in Saratoga Springs, NY during the dead of winter. As I sat looking out at my white, snow covered surroundings, I couldn't help but create a piece inspired by my urgent desire for it to be spring. The original piece is 36" x 48", made of acrylic paint on canvas and finished off with glossy varnish. The original has been sold to a client in Rochester, NY.
