Workmen on Brooklyn Bridge. This is one image from a years long study of the constantly changing landscape of lower Manhattan. This photograph is part of a series intended to reflect the transient as well as the permanent nature of this city.
Robert Ullmann earned his B.F.A. from the Juilliard School in 1979.
