Growth Marketing Associate
TurningArt is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role perfect for an energetic individual interested in both the creative and data-driven aspects of marketing within an arts organization. The Marketing Associate will be involved in a broad range of projects and responsible for providing research, analysis, content, and administrative support to the Growth Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns that communicate TurningArt’s mission and brand across multiple acquisition channels.
- Create content strategy & calendar for all social channels. Analyze metrics, and propose actionable insights.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and other key performance metrics.
- Plan, write, and publish our company blogs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency.
- Research and develop prospecting lists designed to target potential project opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, social media, search, display, content marketing, etc.) that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify potential projects and prospects, including businesses, real estate firms, architects & designers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Represent TurningArt at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field
- Rising entry-level marketing professional with comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated self-starter comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks, while remaining detail-oriented and meeting all deadlines
- Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, and attribution tools; experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Adwords a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, modeling, and chart building
- Experience using Photoshop and/or Illustrator preferred
- Web management skills: Scrivito, HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
- Expertise and knowledge of best practices for optimizing content for SEO and social media
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
