Boston's Bruce C Bolling Bldg

Piece description from the artist

Pictured here is a pen and ink drawing of the Bruce C. Bolling municipal building in Roxbury, Mass. Circa 1901, rebuilt on the site of the former Ferdinand's Furniture Store. An amazing piece of architecture in the heart of Boston. Might remind you of the Flatiron Building in Manhattan? It is currently the headquarters of the Boston Public Schools.
