A beautiful evening for a canoe ride to enjoy the city skyline of Detroit Michigan, United States. This is a mixed media art piece from Belle Isle Park looking at the beautiful city of Detroit. The water is the Detroit River which is where Lake Erie and Lake St Clair connect. Belle Isle is a 982 acre park that is an island. There are a variety of things to do there and activities for the kids. Detroit is the largest city in Michigan. In regards to population, it's the 23rd largest in the United States. I took this photo then turned in into a digital water color painting.
